中国高铁基础研究联合基金第二期合作协议签署-中新网   中新社北京9月7日电 (记者 周音)国家自然科学基金委员会和中国铁路总公司7日在北京共同签署“高速铁路基础研究联合基金”第二期合作协议,国家自然科学基金委员会副主任高瑞平、中国铁路总公司副总经理卢春房出席签字仪式并代表双方签署协议。   2011年,国家自然科学基金委员会和原铁道部共同设立“高速铁路基础研究联合基金”,并于当年签署了为期五年的第一期协议。2013年铁路管理体制改革后,中国铁路总公司与国家自然科学基金委员会密切合作,共同推进高铁联合基金项目的实施。   中国铁路总公司相关负责人介绍,五年来,高速铁路基础研究联合基金吸引了众多社会优势科技资源,在高速铁路基础研究、重大科学技术难题攻关等方面取得一系列阶段性成果,为推动中国高速铁路技术创新发挥了重要作用。   该负责人称,中国高速铁路实现了快速发展,高速铁路营业里程即将突破2万公里,占世界高速铁路运营总里程的60%以上。通过大规模高铁建设和长期安全运营实践,中国铁路已具备在各种复杂地质条件和气候环境下建设运营高速铁路的能力,中国高速铁路总体技术水平已跻身世界先进行列。   负责人表示,中国铁路总公司和国家自然基金委员会开展的“高速铁路基础研究联合基金”第二期合作,将在未来5年继续支持中国高速铁路基础研究工作,通过促进产学研协同创新,吸引和调动社会科技资源,共同开展高速铁路相关领域的基础性、前瞻性研究,进一步提升中国铁路行业自主创新能力,助力中国高速铁路技术继续保持世界先进水平。(完)相关的主题文章:
